Background Screening: When requested by a client company, Cambray Solutions can facilitate the background screening process by coordinating the request through a third party background screening company. Cambray Solutions does not charge for this accommodation, but fees charged by the screening company are typically reimbursed to Cambray Solutions by the recruiter or client company.
Drug Testing: When requested by a client company, Cambray Solutions can accommodate requests for pre-employment drug tests. Tests are typically conducted at a lab convenient to the worker, and results are typically obtained within a couple of days. Lab charges are reimbursed to Cambray Solutions from the recruiter or the client company.
We do not charge for the above accommodations, but fees charged by the screening company are typically reimbursed to Cambray Solutions by the recruiter or client company.
